You don’t know everything

If you haven’t or won’t try something that sounds too ‘out there’

For example:

  • breathing properly to decrease disease, increase energy and relieve tension
  • lifting weights to lose fat and increase bone density
  • eating healthy to help chronic inflammation and get better sleep
  • or training before you eat a big meal to reduce fat storage

Because it’s ‘too hard’ to be disciplined or you just like bitching about stuff you ‘think’ is ridiculous or won’t work, yet, you remain stuck in your own way, without the results you want

You should really shut up!!!

You have chosen to refuse to see that others have done the thing you said is ‘bad’ or won’t work – and yet, there is evidence that it is good and does work

You really shouldn’t be telling others not to try something that you haven’t either (except heroin, it’s bad and we all don’t need to try it)

And when I say try it, I mean consistently, for the amount time necessary. Lifting weights one day and giving up because you didn’t get pumped doesn’t count. If the program says do it for 6 weeks, that means 6 damn weeks. Not 4, Not 8.

Eating a piece of lettuce on your Double Whopper, and getting pissed because you didn’t get magazine ready instantly, doesn’t count either.

And DO NOT change it because you don’t like it….follow it, exactly as written, all the way through to the end. Only then do you have a right to speak about it.

-Breathing can literally change you from full of anxiety to total control of your faculties…in minutes (it also can reverse degenerative disease, regulate your thermodynamics, change your physiology and keep you from being such a cranky shithead)

-Lifting weights is healthy when done properly (the weight will not hurt you, you will hurt you if you lift it improperly)

Eating for your body type and hormonal makeup will have you feeling in total control of your creativity and energy throughout a day, getting way more done and enjoying things way more

And the best part is, you don’t have to ‘believe’ me…The evidence speaks louder than I can

Being a ‘know-it’all’ is quite annoying, because you don’t know it all…so please stop pretending you do, nobody knows it all…and personally, I know enough to know that I know nothing, except what I’ve seen work.

Now, if you have evidence that eating lettuce on your double whopper got you magazine ready, I’d like to hear about it…this isn’t one sided…
