Know Your Self

Dear Friend,

I’m scrapping formalities and writing this as if getting to know a new friend, which I believe you are now.

And since we’re friends I want to skip the superficial “selling you nutrition” campaign and get right to the point, like I do with all my friends because they know I go deep, or not at all.

You and I both know “You Are What You Eat”, and yet you still haven’t gotten the body you want, have you?

Or maybe you have gotten the body you want (sub consciously) but you’re realizing (consciously) that another quick fix diet isn’t the answer anymore because what you ‘say’ you want and what you’ve gotten, are not the same, and maybe it’s time for something ‘different’.

If it’s to learn how to eat anything you want, without feeling deprived and get the body of your dreams, then you’re in the right place, keep reading.

I bet your mind just did some permutation of … “Yea right, just like every other guy selling some shitty Nutrition Program, should I even keep reading?”

For most of you… my answer is NO.

Why, you ask?:

#1: YOU WILL NOT GET ABS TOMORROW

For some strange reason, people ‘think’ that “personalized nutrition” and “overnight abs” are the same thing. (See why I teach Mindset?)

I understand why they ‘think’ that (because I understand Human Behaviors and Psychology).

Instead of consistently making small efforts everyday, we believe we can ‘hack our metabolism’ and ‘trick’ our body into appearing the way we want, without doing the work we inevitably know is required.

Yet, humans are quite persistent, aren’t we?

All those apps we make to track exercise and mirrors we make to get new workouts in, and yet humans are as sick and fat as ever.

Turns out the body is smarter than we could ever hope to be, and has a disdain for such tomfoolery.

I meant it when I said you could learn how to eat anything you want, without feeling deprived, and get the body of your dreams …

There are also a few “shortcuts” that can help, but a new body requires a new Mindset, followed by daily work, determination and consciousness.

Oh, and once you ‘reach your destination‘ you’ll realize the work has only just begun, because now you have to preserve, if not improve upon, your original expectations.

So, if you’re not willing to give 100% daily, and commit to 10x your expected effort – I’m not your guy.

I won’t enjoy it, and you won’t get your results, blaming me – which we both know would be BS!

#2: IF YOU WON’T KEEP YOUR GOAL “TOP OF MIND” YOU WON’T LIKE WORKING WITH ME

You’re probably old enough and hopefully wise enough to have seen all the diet fads and trends come and go over the years, right?

Are you still sifting through old ebooks and articles trying to ‘Ignite Your Metabolism’ and ‘Slash Twice The Fat In Half The Time’?

So, there’s usually a modicum of truth to most of these articles which is twisted up in a way to get you to read the article without ever really learning how to do ‘the thing’ in the article.

But if you’re relying on these shenanigans, you’ll NEVER get, or keep, your dream body.

You’ll do what those people who left after I told them they could have their dream body if they were willing to do the work, went – they left to go ride the never ending merry-go-round of diet shams and scams, and inevitably will be ‘pissed off’ because ‘the product didn’t work’.

THAT kind of thinking is like flushing a turd, or your attention, down the toilet.

If wasting time is your goal then go find an underground trip guide who can facilitate a psychedelic journey for you(I know some), or watch cartoons – it’s bound to be more provocative, and fun!

#3: IF YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THIS WILL BE SIMPLE, BUT NOT EASY, THEN WE SHOULD TALK

I’m capable of ‘helping you’ help yourself, but I often refuse.

Why?

When somebody says they “don’t want to think, don’t want to be deprived or don’t want to change habits” … all I hear is “I’m scared of change because I’ve tried to change and nothing changed.”

If this person is willing to adopt a new Mindset, then this person has a chance at investing action now for the return of a better body and dream life, later.

If somebody asks me about ‘the easy’ way, which always happens, I know this person is not even invested in their long term process as a person … and that totally means they wouldn’t be invested in the long term benefits of their dream body.

Those people don’t like working, and thus, I couldn’t work with them.

I get it, changing your body is HARD WORK.

And the hope I can offer is that when you hit your groove, things WILL be just like you want: Smooth Sailing with Food Freedom inside Your DREAM Body! (NOT Exaggerating)

First, you have to hit your groove.

Then, you have to stay groovin’ … AND this is where the HARD WORK comes into play!

Now, HOW CAN YOU BE SURE I’M ANY GOOD?

Well, If you’ve read this far, I’ve already coached you for FREE, and didn’t ask for any money.

I’ve laid out the Action Steps to Success, and here, I’ll do it again: Small consistent actions, daily, until you reach your goal!

Where to start?

First, I had been training with traditional weights for about a year and had seen pretty good results. I had never tried kettlebells before but from the first conversation with John on the phone, I sensed it would be worth a try.

Well, from the first session, I knew John was a professional. Everything was explained, not only verbally, but being a visual learner myself, it was shown to me. Within a couple weeks there were visible results. Not just losing a couple pounds but actual body sculpting! Kettlebells are an awesome workout as it works multiple body parts simultaneously in addition to being a great cardio workout as well.

Kettlebells can be intimidating at first, but John will not let you progress until your form is correct. For this reason, among others, it is very easy to put your full trust and confidence in John as a trainer who will get you where you want to be. John has an uncanny ability to know exactly how hard to push you, when to back off and when to introduce new exercises. This knowledge only comes from years of experience and he can apply that knowledge to help me achieve my goals.

I can’t say enough about John and the job he’s done for me. I know there a lot of trainers and fitness experts out there, but John not only has the RKC training background but has the unique ability to identify with people as individuals and get them to where they want to be.
