Simple Fat Loss

I wanted to give you a few quick tips on how to keep Fat Loss simple, without having to count a bunch of calories.

I don’t like counting calories … though, I’ve done it before to know what it feels like.

Eating intuitively, which this is, fits me and my personality.

We will ‘assume’ you eat 3 square meals and 2 snacks a day.

If not, you can adjust this to your lifestyle, by eating similarly during your meals.

  1. Each of your 3 meals must fit on ONE plate: make sure 1/2 the plate is Veggies, 1/4 of the plate is protein and the other 1/4 is split between Fat or Carbs.
  2. Your 2 snacks: May only be the size of your palm. Is it Protein? Is it Fruit? Is it Nuts?
  3. If you are going to drink alcohol (wine, beer) then delete 1 snack for each beverage. 3 or more drinks, and you’re risking fat loss stoppage.
  4. Extra Notes: Zero Calorie drinks always win, Be aware of dressings and sauces and Stop eating BEFORE you are FULL.

If you find yourself losing fat too fast, add an extra protein snack or meal.

If you find yourself not losing at all, take a snack out and re-evaulate your meals.

There is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way … only the way that works for you.
