One week ago today, we were talking about September 11, 2001, and the impact it had on you, and everyone around you.
Because of that, my post for you today will be brief, as I only have one real thought I’d like to convey …
Think about what you would do, if, like that fateful day, you were the one in the building, or, running to the building …
- Would you be able and fit enough to get out?
- Would you be able and fit enough to help others?
- Would you be able and fit enough to survive?
Or would you have been a liability to everyone, because you needed to be helped?
My hope is that you would WANT TO be fit enough to not only survive and get out, but to help others in need as well.
Otherwise, you’d just be a selfish jerk … right?
That’s the essence of what we do here at Bair Knuckle Strength.
Our program is designed to make sure you are no longer a liability.
That you have the independence and strength to live life to it’s fullest AND help others do the same.
