One third is greater than zero thirds.
“Duh John, Thanks for the lesson, Captain Obvious …”
If this is such common knowledge, then why do so many people miss it?
Please, let me explain…
Hands-down, the number one reason (excuse) all personal trainers/coaches get from people who “can’t” workout … is lack of time.
I won’t get into the deep-rooted limiting belief that is at play with that statement though…
Instead, I just want to give you a simple strategy:
DO SOMETHING!
Anything is better than nothing.
For example, we’ll often have clients who are really tight on time – maybe they have a work trip or something like a death occurs – but they’ll still come in and do what they can that week.
This happened recently with Cathie … yep, spelled correctly 😉 … As she put it ‘Life happened … a bunch of stuff I couldn’t control’ and so, she was ONLY able to get in 1x last week.
Go Cathie!!!
Most people would’ve just said, “I can’t get in, I don’t have the time.”
Hell, if she only had time for half the workout that day, it would have been worth it!
10 minutes even …
A 10-minute workout is actually quite beneficial when done right.
In fact, pretty much every 10-minute workout is better than a 0-minute workout. 😉
So, is “I don’t have enough time” really a legit excuse not to workout?
We don’t think so, which is why we’re offering you a way to get rid of it, even on the bad weeks.
If you’re looking to start something new, or ramp up what you’re doing, let us know, and we’ll figure out the best way, together 🙂
Be Well – John

P.S. Here are 4 more ways you can become happier and healthier:
1. Podcasts
Some of the greatest insights and healing for me, have come from listening to podcasts in the last few years. This long-form type of communication, I’ve found, has been extremely important for understanding context, while learning how to make sustainable change.
That’s why I have started to find ways to get our story on some podcasts, and give you an opportunity to really go deep with us, and see what we’re all about. That way, you can decide if this tribe fits your personality. Click the link below to go to our podcast page, where you can find all our episodes!
2. Rise
Rise is the story of ‘never feeling powerful … to … never feeling powerless’. It’s about John Bair’s life, why he does what he does and how his suffering created happiness.
This handwritten book takes you through an intimate, yet, self-revealing journey, which allows you to implant yourself into the story, as it relates to your own, and reveal the steps you’ll need to take, in order to make change a successful reality.
