Reduce Stress Now

After a couple text heavy posts the last couple days, I’ll keep it short today.

I recently put a poll in our Member’s Only Facebook group asking what my students wanted to focus on this summer.

The answer was resounding: We Want To Reduce Stress.

Makes sense.

So, The next couple newsletters I’ll dig a little deeper, however, for today, Sarah and I are going to teach you The Relaxation Breath, so you can start right away.

There are many ways to breath which can improve concentration (the sniper breath), Restorative breathing after a training session, Diaphragmatic breathing to reset our nervous system, and even the fire breath, which is very energizing.

Suffice to say, breathing is critical.
