You came here to read this, so you’re more than capable to do it.
The question still remains – have you done it?
By ‘it’, I’m referring to making a decision.
The particular decision in question is about: Your Health.
Have you decided that being healthy is important?
Like, really healthy … and really important?
If you’ve cruised through quarantine with no issues, and are better off mentally, physically and nutritionally, this may not be for you …
However, the reason I’m asking this silly, rudimentary question, is that so many people tell me they have made the decision that, yes, their health is very important, yet their actions henceforth, don’t add up.
I don’t want to belabor this point to death, so hear me, please …
Before you’ve gotten anything you wanted in your life (or maybe didn’t want), you had to make a decision (or maybe you didn’t) … and that’s how the story goes.
You can’t get the result, and then decide you want it …
I will let you in on a little secret.
The key to making decisions, is to make them very specific and be very clear about what you want.
Many years back, I decided I wanted to ‘master my nutrition’ and overall, to a certain extent, I have.
I’ve kept off over 65 pounds for 17 years plus, and had my body fat as low as 9%, which is enough to keep me really healthy.
Yet, I still had loose skin and stretch marks on my stomach and sides, with extra fat that ‘never seems to burn off’.
It’s tough sometimes to see it, because I know what’s underneath it, and I’ve worked hard for it.
However, after doing some digging, I may have found a Coach who can help me get my ‘PhD’ in Nutrition, if you will, because he has his, and has had success with similar cases to me.
I’m sitting down with him tomorrow to see what it’s all about, and am ready to go deeper.
I’ve never had a Nutrition Coach directly, rather, Coaches who know their nutrition, so this is unchartered territory for me.
I’m smart enough to know that I have things I don’t know, and am willing to get help to know.
I think it’s important for people to understand that, I don’t get better without coaching, either.
I’ve made the decision to master myself, and eating the absolute best I can, for my body chemistry, will help me get where I want to go in all areas.
Now, what’s the decision that you’ve been waffling over recently, {first_name}?
If you want to mull it over with someone who gets it, reply below with “mull”, and I will get back to you asap.

1. Podcasts
Some of the greatest insights and healing for me, have come from listening to podcasts in the last few years. This long-form type of communication, I’ve found, has been extremely important for understanding context, while learning how to make sustainable change.
That’s why I have started to find ways to get our story on some podcasts, and give you an opportunity to really go deep with us, and see what we’re all about. That way, you can decide if this tribe fits your personality. Click the link below to go to our podcast page, where you can find all our episodes!
2. Rise
Rise is the story of ‘never feeling powerful … to … never feeling powerless’. It’s about John Bair’s life, why he does what he does and how his suffering created happiness.
This handwritten book takes you through an intimate, yet, self-revealing journey, which allows you to implant yourself into the story, as it relates to your own, and reveal the steps you’ll need to take, in order to make change a successful reality.
