At a time in the world when Health is more forefront than ever, why is how to improve our health NOT at the forefront of that conversation?
I didn’t know there was something more important than improving our own health.
Yet, our leaders don’t talk about getting your exercise in, or mental health woes you’re most likely facing everyday.
Is there something more important than your health, for you?
Now, I know some may say, “The health of their kids”, or somebody else close to them.
I get that.
But it’s a cop out.

You know and I know that the person you’re thinking about would want you you to be healthy and put yourself first, in order to be at your best.
In fact, they need that from you.
It’s selfish NOT to take care of yourself, or to put someone else before you.
Remember, put your own air mask on first.
I’m not saying there aren’t times when you will put someone else’s needs first, but if you don’t fill up your cup, what do you have to give?
I am being very serious, and I certainly don’t want to ‘sound mean’ or ‘incite people’, I simply want to know what you think, if anything, is more important than taking care of yourself?
I truly look forward to your answer.
