Deep appreciation of quality movement

I met John in February of 2014 and we started talking about training and injuries and right away he jumped into action to help me with some shoulder issues I’ve been having, I was a little skeptical at first but within the hour he had me feeling better and having a better range of motion.

I was a little bit in shock and that’s when I really started to take him seriously.

John has great attention to detail of quality movement and how the body works, not to mention his ability to teach the RKC method of kettlebells.

I have been an RKC for some time and john had a few quick fixes that dialed my technique in.

I have watched him work with a good amount of people weather teaching kettlebells or movement and how to move your body, John has a passion for helping people move better and feel better!
