BEAST MODE!

Hopefully you saw the last post about our new classes here at Bair Knuckle Strength!

We’ve added a Restorative Class.

We’ve added a BEAST MODE Class.

Today’s post is about BEAST MODE Class, which is our advanced class.

We designed it for those that wish to ascend beyond the human standards and do things like: 1 arm pushups and pullups, Single leg squats, Double Kettlebell Complexes, Snatch Test and/or Deadlifting 600lbs – plus more!!!

Before you tell me you’re in, I should warn you, there are standards in order to be permitted into this class.

Exercises we have deemed necessary, to show us you have the requisite mobility, movement, strength and conditioning to build on top of.

There are 2 ways to gain entry.

Video tape yourself doing the following (and send them over or tag me on facebook)

Or schedule an appointment with us to come do it in person.

Without further ado …

Standard #1: Get Down and Back Up with No Hands

Standard #2: Get Up with Dixie Cup Half Full (LEFT)

Standard #3: Get Up with Dixie Cup Half Full (RIGHT)

Standard #4: 2 Minute Plank

Standard #5: 30 second Single Leg Wall Sit (LEFT)

Standard #6: 30 second Single Leg Wall Sit (RIGHT)

Standard #7: 15 second Flexed Arm Hang

Standard #8: 5 Minute Kettlebell Swing Test

Women’s Weight = 16k (35lbs)

Men’s Weight = 24k (53lbs)

The BEST part is, you can DROP-IN to any BEAST MODE class and come check us out, without a risk.

In fact, I’ll remove even more risk and say that, if you show me this email, your first class is ON ME … (just reply, send me your videos or tag me on Facebook, and tell me when you want to come)

We do not offer DROP-INS like that in our Group Classes.
