{PODCAST} The Hammer Cast

Podcasting has become a very BIG thing these days and being a student of marketing, I wanted to understand why.

The short version is … people are starting to WAKE UP and they are clamoring for long-form communication.

People want information on how to change and are willing to invest their time doing so.

Podcasting, when done well, fits that bill and gives the listener a glimpse inside the head of the host and the guest, who share their experiences.

Listening to many podcasts over the years has really helped me make sustainable changes, by giving me the context I needed, and the evidence necessary, to support new beliefs.

So, I was thrilled when I had the chance to sit down with my good friend and fellow strength coach extraordinaire Aleks Salkin, aka “The Hebrew Hammer” on his podcast The Hammer Cast!

Aleks has an online fitness business, along with running workshops around the world on all things human performance. In short, some have come to call him a ‘body whisperer’ for his uncanny ability to unlock movement.

In this episode we touch on the reason I wrote a book, a little more of my history and to finish, a conversation that I hadn’t had previously in public about my first psychedelic experience about 3 weeks ago.

We went deep and dove into Mindset, Fitness and Nutrition, along with some other healing modalities.
