These stories have a serious impact on our lives.

You see, we all tell ourselves stories to help explain things that happen in our lives.
BUT, we tend to wrap our limiting beliefs up in the stories we tell ourselves.
The truth is you can create negative stories or positive ones based on your perspective and your limiting beliefs.

I used to tell myself a story.
Not a good one, at least, in the way I was telling it to myself.
I found when I told it to others, it helped them ‘unstick’ something and feel a release they hadn’t felt in years, maybe ever.
Like this student, who emailed me recently …

In my own handwriting.
Made a book of it … or a poem as one reader said.
Instead of letting it swirl in my head.
And continue gaining traction and growing legs in the wrong direction.
